SeeClickFix helps residents reach the City of Watertown online or via their smartphone or tablet to request services or report issues. Please be advised that this reporting tool is for NON-EMERGENCY ISSUES ONLY.

For issues related to no water, excess water (flooding) and frozen meter or water lines please call 315-785 7845, which is available 24/7.

Choose a category below by clicking the link for the request you'd like to submit, then follow the directions to enter the location of the issue, add an image (if available), type in the description, follow the prompts, and submit! 


The City receives many requests per day, and departments do their best to respond in a timely manner. If you submitted a request and it hasn't been resolved or there has been no communication to you about what to expect within several days, please contact the department directly for an update.
