CitiBus provides both fixed route and paratransit services within the City of Watertown, NY.
Buses are air conditioned, have a kneel-down feature for wheelchair access, and also have a rack for bicycles.
Fixed Route
Buses depart the transfer station located ai 117 Arsenal Street Arcade St near downtown Public Square every 40 minutes Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:40pm. Saturday service runs from 9:40am to 5pm. No service on Sundays.
Primary stops are made at locations noted on schedule with secondary stops being made along route as needed.
In addition to its many regular routes, CitiBus offers seasonal special routes.
Paratransit
