Bingo, Games of Chance and Raffle Licenses are issued to non-profit organizations only.
The non-profit organizations must first obtain a Bingo and/or Games of Chance Identification Number through the NYS Gaming Commission. Once an Identification Number is assigned, the application and related paperwork can be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office with the associated fees when applicable.

Member's Affidavit of Good Moral Character must be submitted for any "Member in Charge of Games" or "Assistant to Members in Charge of Games".
