Goal
Our goal is to continue fostering good public relations, through education by way of informal pamphlets, publications in the newspaper, and the preparation and distribution of an annual report.
An Annual Drinking Water Quality Report is compiled annually with information and statistics about the quality of water produced and delivered by the department. Copies are mailed or otherwise delivered to all consumers and are also available in the administration office.

Questions about your bill should be directed to the business office at (315) 785-7757 weekdays, as soon as possible after receiving your bill.
This office should be contacted for information about water service and availability, water and sewer billing questions, water main and service specifications, construction coordination, departmental personnel matters, and media information.
