Thank you for your business as a City of Watertown refuse tote customer.
Your last service date must be on a regularly scheduled service date.
On your last service date please place your tote in the margin as you would for normal service. Refuse crews will empty the tote, but not take it right away as the tote cannot be placed on the refuse trucks. Later that afternoon a crew member will be back to get the tote. It must be empty at that time.
Any refund due to you will be sent after last service date and the tote has been recovered by the City.
